 Jennifer Sedna, MS, CPB

Jennifer is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner who has been drawn to the healing arts throughout her life. The BodyTalk System was suggested to her as a vocation which would challenge and fulfill her analytical, personable, and generous nature. She is particularly interested in the emotions within the bodymind and how it affects one’s physical and energetic state in subtle, yet powerful and meaningful ways.

In her own life, Jennifer has had amazing transformations and experiences through the use of BodyTalk. Throughout her pregnancy, Jennifer and her baby received BodyTalk sessions. She also performed BodyTalk on herself during labor to help dilation and beliefs about pain and long labor. Because of this, her first child was born at home, quickly, calmly and safely.

Prior to setting up her practice, she worked with non-profits doing social and scientific writing and research. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree with highest honors (Phi Beta Kappa) from a liberal arts college, and a graduate degree in biology from UC Davis. Because of this solid educational foundation, she brings a balanced perspective to her sessions to bring about optimal holistic wellness.

Jennifer has a particular aptitude with animals, especially dogs and cats. She worked at a Seeing Eye dog facility, assisting with breeding, birthing, and caring for breeders and puppies. Her tenure there introduced her to the benefits of Reiki for stressed and ill animals.animal_access_2

Jennifer is grateful to work with people and animals of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of health and wellness. Jennifer continues to be amazed at the power of BodyTalk and how its robustness allows her to assist with the complete mind, body and spiritual evolution of her clients.

"By learning to appreciate the higher-dimensional contribution of our casual bodies, our mental, astral, and etheric bodies, as well as our chakras and our meridians, we can begin to see the bigger picture of why people may become ill."

- Richard Gerber, M.D.
